Server Infrastructure Operations· Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows/Linux servers (physical/virtual).· Assist in managing virtualization environments (VMware, ESXi) and backup systems (Dell Avamar, BackupExec).· Apply security patches, hardening, and performance tuning, under supervision.· Support Cloud migration initiatives (Azure/AWS) and hybrid infrastructure tasks.· Document and update CMDB/inventory records for servers.Incident, Change and Problem Management, Projects and Audits activities· Resolve server-related incidents and escalate complex issues to next level.· Participate in root-cause analysis and implement preventive measures.· Participate on planning and execution of activities in the context of Changes and Projects, as well as collaborating in audits.3.
