This role is critical for ensuring legal certainty in corporate transactions and maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities+Corporate Governance: Drafting, reviewing, and managing complex corporate documents, including minutes of meetings, ownership transfers, and corporate books.+Compliance Oversight: Implementing and monitoring compliance programs, ensuring all operations align with local and international regulations.+Contract Management: Drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements (service agreements, NDAs, intercompany contracts).+Regulatory Liaison: Managing notices and procedures before government authorities and ensuring timely filings.+Strategic Advisory: Providing legal counsel on day-to-day operations and specialized corporate projects to mitigate legal risks.
