Key responsibilities include:? Managing LMS courses, content uploads, templates and system functionality.? Manages content providers and their integration with the LMS (LinkedIn Learning).? Supporting stakeholders to maximise LMS usability and user experience.? Works with HR and data teams to troubleshoot integration issues.? Developing and maintaining LMS reporting, including standard and customised reports.? Collaborating with internal teams to implement and maintain funded programs within the LMS. ? Identifying and implementing system improvements, enhancements and process efficiencies.? Supporting LMS integrations, data integrity, testing and system documentation.
