Skills?Strong understanding API concepts (REST/SOAP) with hands-on experience in developing, optimizing and designing APIs.?Familiar with the newest infrastructure trends in Cloud (Azure or similar), Observability (AppInsights, Datadog or similar), DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering concepts.?Proven experience working within projects based on APIs with the target to align to the latest market trends and technologies.?Excellent leadership and team management skills.?Proven ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.?Understanding market practices, processes and activities for payment solutions?Experience working within a cross-functional, product-led company that places value on coaching and servant leadership.?A goal-oriented person, preferably with experience in working with, and driving OKRs (or other management frameworks).?A critical thinker who can break complex problems into their simplest components.?An excellent communicator with infectious energy, and a flare for motivating others.?Proficient in English
