Descripción del Empleo:
Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the department.
Handle and prepare all international documentation: invoices, commercial invoices, certificates of origin, company import/export documentation.
Liasing with customers in order to ensure a transaction goes smoothly, provide efficient delivery logistics through data management.
Requisitos:
Bachelor degree in International Business, Logistics or Foreign Trade
At least 3 years of experience in imports-exports, customs regulations, invoicing and accounting/administration literacy
Advanced English (oral and written).
SAP experience
Excel desirable at a basic level
